Well here we go folks my first in a long time full moon blog. I just sat here in the UK watching the moon rise over the neighbouring houses and many will think its full right now. No not until the 9th/10th then it will be full.
STURGEON MOON
The name comes from the time when Native American Indians would harvest the Sturgeon fishes from the Great Lakes. signifying the last full moon of summer and the coming autumn.

It is thought by some that those born under a full moon will have heightened intuition and energy. They may turn out to be natural leaders, looking for new experiences. On the down side they may need help balancing their energy and desires, the sort of I want it now mentality that a lot of children have to work through will be harder for moon children. Parents will need to keep an eye on them and learn how that little mind ticks.
